For the following purposes, the processing of some personal data is, in our view, necessary to execute agreements or to justify them on the basis of consent provided by data subjects:
- Informing customers with news about products, product range, current prices and promotions.
- Registering purchase and sales orders, including registering details of delivery addresses.
- Maintaining contacts with suppliers and customers regarding the delivery of goods and services ordered and the financial processing of the order.
- Informing potential customers who have expressed interest in the products and services offered by us.
Processed personal data as such are not used by Global Automotive Group for any kind of profiling and do not lead to automatic decisions.
Exchange of data
Under legal provisions, Global Automotive Group may be required to share personal data with authorised parties. In addition, relevant personal data are shared with suppliers to the extent necessary for the provision of goods and/or services. Written agreements ensure that the personal data shared are treated with appropriate confidentiality and appropriate security measures are taken.
If a supplier acts as a processor, Global Automotive Group will conclude a processor agreement with that supplier. The processor agreement shall regulate, inter alia, that the data may not be used by the processor for its own purposes and that the processor shall take appropriate security measures in respect of the personal data processed.
In principle, personal data will not be passed on to parties located outside the European Economic Area or to international organisations.

- The right with regard to automated decision-making and profiling. In other words, the right to a human eye in decisions.
- The right to object to data processing.
If you want to know what personal data Global Automotive Group processes about you, you can make a written request for inspection. Global Automotive Group will process your request within 1 month. Turns out that following the inspection request your data are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant? Then you can make an additional request to amend, delete or supplement your data. When processing said requests, the applicant may be asked to prove his/her identity.
